The sequence

- Design and quote — layout, materials and finishes, written quote.
- Scheduling — site prep coordination and an install window.
- Build — crew sets the structure to the agreed drawings.
- Final walkthrough — we walk the finished building with you.
What usually causes delays
Late decisions on door placement and insulation, slab work that isn't ready, unresolved permitting, and site access. None of these are difficult — they just need to be settled before the install window.
